Booking Terms and Policy

Payment: In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total price of your stay is required through either PayPal or Stripe.  However, if your stay is three days or less, then the full amount is due in advance.  The final amount due is payable upon your arrival.

We can accept Visa, MC, or American Express through iZettle at the hotel, or if you prefer, we can immediately invoice you through PayPal.  Having said that, our preferred payment is in cash ~ US dollars, or should you prefer to pay in pesos, the conversion to ‘buy dollar rate’ established by the hotel, will be acceptable.

After your deposit is confirmed, we will verify your stay via email and further information will be provided.

Guest Check-In~Out: Our standard check-in time is 3pm and our standard check-out time is twelve, noon.  However, as we feel we will all become lifelong friends, we will do our best to accommodate your travel plans…and we know you will work with us on this.

Cancellations and Refund Policies: As you can see, Bellissimo’s is only a five suite Boutique Hotel, so your advance reservation means a great deal to us.  Your paid reservation means, of course, we guarantee we will hold the Suite you choose, on the dates you requested.  Therefore, if for some unforeseen reason you cannot be here as you planned ~ IF you can give us a 21 day notice of your confirmed reservation, we will then do everything in our power to rent the Suite you choose during the days you reserved.  If we are able to do so, everyone can be happy and we will gladly refund your deposit with a $50 US cancellation fee.

If however, we cannot rent your Suite, then I’m afraid your deposit will not be able to be refunded.  And for this, I apologize, but trust you understand.

Other issues that may arise, such as travel delays, health issues, or if Ajijic or your home town experiences inclement weather or if for whatever reason you must arrive late or leave early ~ again, I apologize in advance, but I’m afraid you will still be responsible to fulfill your reserved Suite commitment.
