Bellissimo’s both delights and entertains at every turn through its dual atmosphere. Upon entering, the interior decor is peaceful, elegant and exquisite. You feel drawn to the comfortable, overstuffed furniture and inviting mood. But once you pass through the hotel and step outside, it is packed with bright sunshine and colorful walls with delightfully Mexican murals. An intricate, one-of-kind, hand-cut and hand-set mermaid tile mosaic surrounds three quarters of the poolside surface. In addition to the grand, solar-heated pool, you find plenty of lounges, a Hydro-spa, and a copper fire-pit to complete the fun and relaxing ambiance. New conversation area adorned with upholstered loveseat and side chairs with a removable canopy for poolside coffee or cocktails, as well as new covered walkway seating.

Celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary at Bellissimo’s Boutique Hotel in Ajijic.
Everything about this place is spectacular. Each room is gorgeous. In fact, the entire boutique hotel is a work of art. It is perfectly located for walking into the delightful village of Ajijic and for enjoying all that the fabulous year-round climate of Lake Chapala has to offer. After looking at several places in the village, there is no place more luxurious in Ajijic. And the hands-on owner makes every effort to understand the interests of guests and connect them to the full range of opportunities that make Ajijic so incredibly special. We chose the all-inclusive package, and had delicious meals that were customized to our requests.
Room Tip: Spacious second floor suite provides views of the mountains and the beautiful pool and murals.
